Phoenix Interstate Data Systems (PIDS), the creators of the Superadmin.com administration system is based in Menominee, MI. The Superadmin.com system was originally created in 2002 for Vantage Flex, LLC an administrator of employee benefit plans such as Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs) and Self Funded Dental plans. Upon the successful creation of a usable system Vantage Flex became the sales force and support team for the Superadmin.com system. With an aggressive approach and a focused target market they managed to increase the number of users in a very short time.

Over several years and with the many added suggestions from the many users, Superadmin.com has become an administration system created by TPA's for TPA's. Our continued integrations with industry leaders allows us to provide small to mid size TPA's with a super administration system allowing them to compete with the larger corporations in the industry.
